Fraier & Maillet, P.C. | Case Study

Overview

Fraier & Maillet, P.C., is a family law practice dedicated to helping couples develop creative solutions to their ever-changing needs. The firm has handled thousands of cases, bringing client-centered, responsive and results-driven strategies to every situation.

Fraier & Maillet provides their clients with divorce mediation services, litigation services and prenuptial agreements. They use a common-sense strategy to resolve complex family law matters.

Fraier & Maillet wanted to build on the success of Bergeron Creative’s previous branding efforts on their behalf with a rebranding campaign to better promote their divorce mediation services.

Branding

“Bergeron Creative developed Fraier & Maillet’s current branding and website, which has won numerous national awards for design excellence,” says Al Bergeron, President and Chief Creative Officer at Bergeron Creative Studios. “Now is the right time to bring Fraier & Maillet’s branding efforts into focus on their divorce mediation services.”

A brand identity comprises a logotype that mirrors the ampersand in Fraier & Maillet, creating two opposing figures. This is supported by the tagline, “Your Family Matters,” which reinforces their preemptive brand position that helps clients put the needs of their family first in divorce mediation.

Print

Bergeron Creative designed a beautiful folder with a sophisticated color palette that complements their stationery and partner profile sheets, and serves as a place for clients to gather paperwork. The exterior of the folder is moss green with a hint of sage green and royal blue, opening up to an expansive royal blue interior with a sage pocket that houses a business card.

We created a distinctive stationery system that serves to reinforce their new brand identity and brand positioning.

We developed partner profile sheets for partners Jane Fraier and Monique Maillet, describing the ways their experience and achievements benefit prospective clients.

Digital

The website is the hub of this web-centric integrated brand campaign and serves to fortify Fraier & Maillet’s rebranding effort. The homepage features a video, “Why Fraier & Maillet?” interior pages including “About Us,” “Prenuptial Agreements,” “Mediation,” “Litigation,” “Testimonials” and a “Blog.”

We produced a series of videos about the mediation process featuring Jane and Monique for the “Mediation Services” page entitled “Ending Marriages Together.” In addition, we created an e-book about the mediation process entitled “Ten Things You Should Know Before You File For Divorce.”

The website was programmed using WordPress, an open-source content management system (CMS) that features an easy-to-use dashboard interface that allows the partners at Fraier & Maillet to make timely content changes and post blogs inhouse.

Social

We branded social media channels for Fraier & Maillet, which include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube, all serving as an extension of their website where prospects and clients can interact with the brand by asking questions and leaving recommendations.

We were responsible for community management and content development for the entire social media campaign. We consulted with Fraier & Maillet to develop and monitor a Facebook campaign focused on divorce mediation, which includes ads and boosted posts that link to unique landing pages. This allows for proper tracking and measurement for each ad in the campaign.

Search

To increase the visibility of the Fraier & Maillet website, we worked together to create a blogging strategy to collaborate with other local businesses in related industries that would increase website domain authority through gaining backlinks. We also worked to optimize the homepage and practice area pages for keywords that would bring in traffic for Google searches near the Northborough, Massachusetts, area. To further account for local searches, we optimized the Fraier & Maillet Google My Business presence, as well as other directories.

Results

Fraier & Maillet is receiving leads from qualified prospects and is growing their divorce mediation practice.

According to Jane Fraier, Partner, Fraier & Maillet, P.C., “We just completed a successful six-month-long rebranding project with Bergeron Creative! Al Bergeron and his team had created our website and print materials 15 years ago and helped us to establish and promote our brand. Bergeron Creative combined technical knowledge and artistic skill to develop a strategy specific to our business.”

“Al made it his mission to familiarize himself with the inner workings of our profession and who we are so that he could accurately represent us to our target audience.”

“A year ago, we decided to promote the mediation side of our law firm, and we contacted Al to update our website. Our new website is beautiful and our social media campaign is a great success as a result of the expertise of Al’s team. We couldn’t be more pleased with what Bergeron Creative has done for us!”
